Hi, I'm Andreea
University lecturer, coach, trainer, author and speaker. But above all, someone who loves people. If you've found your way here, I'm truly glad we've met.
My story
Love and curiosity for people
I was born in Bacău, a small city in Romania, and for as long as I can remember I wanted to be around people: to play with other kids, to watch them, to talk with them. I've always felt love for people. Love and curiosity. Later, they turned into an unstoppable desire to understand how and why we live the lives we live.
I believed this gift could best be explored as a teacher. So I took every step in that direction: a bachelor's, a master's and a PhD in marketing at ASE Bucharest. Why marketing? Because it felt like the perfect blend of exploring human nature, creativity and structure.
Back then I didn't realise my love for people was a little misunderstood: I cherished others more than I cherished myself. Over time I learned that we can't truly love anyone until we love ourselves. And that journey changed everything.
My transformation
I'm living proof that it's possible
For a long time it looked like I had it all figured out, while deep down I felt I was just drifting. Then I chose to truly work on myself:
- from 12 extra kilos to a body that feels like home
- from smoking and partying till dawn to a smoke-free, alcohol-free life with good sleep
- from takeaway food to the joy of cooking my own vegan meals
- from saying “yes” to everyone to having the courage to follow my desires, even if it sometimes disappoints someone
- from a girl who thought she wasn't enough to a woman connected to her femininity, living with grace
There's a saying I love: “Nothing will work unless you do.” It has been my guiding light in everything I've done so far.

Bachelor's, master's and PhD in marketing. And my first steps in student communities, where I found out how much I love building things together with others.

Teaching
I start teaching marketing at ASE, back when I was still a PhD student. Today I'm a university lecturer with a PhD.

Createrra
I begin my journey alongside Marius Spiridon, when Createrra didn't even exist yet. I'm one of the people who got the company started in the form it has today.

Love Has All the Answers
I write my first book, about the journey to self-love.

Human-centric Marketing
I write the book about marketing that starts with people.

Now
Obtainium, Createrra and Spiritonomics
I walk alongside people 1-on-1 in the Obtainium program, I'm a trainer in the Createrra Leadership Program and I coordinate Spiritonomics, a project of 200 books on the evolution of human consciousness.
My passion
Dancing: UrbanKiz
On the dance floor I learn things no book has ever been able to tell me.
UrbanKiz is a dance where everything happens through connection. You don't need words: you listen to the music, to the person in front of you and to yourself. That's where I practise presence, trust and the joy of letting myself be led, without losing myself.
For me, dancing is another way of loving people. And the most beautiful way to remember that I live in my body, not just in my mind. I discovered the world of dance in 2018, and in 2019 I taught my first UrbanKiz class, followed by a break during the pandemic. I went back to teaching in 2023 together with a good friend, Adrian, and I closed this chapter in December 2024.

I'm not perfect. I don't always live in love, and I make mistakes like any human being. I see each of those moments as a chance to grow, to learn something new about myself and about the world. And my promise is to share with you everything I discover.
I believe with all my heart that we are all healers, mentors and coaches, even if we don't realise it. So I can't wait to meet you, to learn from you and to grow together.
