Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

The website andreeaorindaru.ro is run by HUMAN MARKETING S.R.L., registered office in Bucharest, 21A Băiculești St., Trade Register no. J40/5486/2017, VAT ID 37409994 (the “Provider” or “we”).

2. Accepting these terms

By using the website, sending a message or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

3. Ordering the book “Iubirea are toate răspunsurile” and the “Being human is awesome” card deck

3.1. Placing an order

Orders are placed through the form on the book's or the card deck's page. Submitting the form is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

3.2. Price

The book costs 60 lei per copy and a card deck costs 180 lei. Delivery costs 25 lei per order. The prices shown are final.

3.3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account provided after you place the order. The order ships once the payment reaches our account. If payment is not made within 7 days of confirmation, the order may be cancelled.

3.4. Delivery

We deliver only within Romania, by courier, to the address given in the form. The parcel usually ships within 1–3 working days of receiving payment, and delivery takes 1–3 working days.

3.5. Dedication

A dedication is optional and free. A copy with a personalised dedication is subject to the rules in Returns and warranty.

3.6. Invoice

We issue an invoice for every order, to an individual or, on request, to a company.

4. Right of withdrawal and warranty

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Full details are in Returns and warranty.

5. The Obtainium program and consulting services

Information about the Obtainium program and about consulting, training and speaking services is presented for information only. Enrolment and collaboration are agreed after a direct conversation and are based on a separate contract that sets out all the conditions (price, payment, scheduling, cancellation).

Coaching does not replace psychological counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

6. Links to other websites

The website contains links to other websites (for example Voxa, Createrra, Spiritonomics or the bookshop selling “Human-centric Marketing”). Those websites have their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible. Some links may be affiliate links.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (texts, photographs, logo, graphic elements) belongs to the Provider or is used with the authors' consent and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify or use it commercially without our written consent. We're always happy, though, when you share links to the website with people you love.

8. Personal data

How we use your data is explained in the Data protection policy. The website does not use cookies; see the Cookie policy.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. Small errors or delays may still occur, and we correct them as soon as we notice.

10. Disputes

We first try to resolve any disagreement amicably; write to us at salut@andreeaorindaru.ro. If we can't reach a solution, you can turn to:

• the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and its alternative dispute resolution procedure: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal;
• the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr;
• the competent Romanian courts.

These terms are governed by Romanian law.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order or visit.
