Right of withdrawal

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you may withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the book.

This right applies only to consumers (individuals) and only to products ordered through andreeaorindaru.ro.

Exception: copies with a dedication

A copy in which we wrote a personalised dedication at your request is a product made to your specifications. Under Art. 16(c) of GEO no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. The legal guarantee of conformity, of course, still applies.

How to return

1. Write to us at salut@andreeaorindaru.ro within the 14 days, with your name, the order date and what you'd like to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex 1 to GEO no. 34/2014, but it isn't mandatory.
2. We'll reply with the address to send the parcel to.
3. Send the product within 14 days of your withdrawal message, well packed so it isn't damaged in transit.

The cost of return shipping is yours.

Refund

We refund the price of the product and the original delivery cost within 14 days of the date you told us about your withdrawal, by bank transfer to the account you give us. We may delay the refund until we receive the book back or you send us proof that you've shipped it.

You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what's needed to look through the book (for example torn, stained or written-on pages).

Guarantee of conformity

All products sold through the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under GEO no. 140/2021. If you receive a faulty book or card deck (missing pages or cards, printing errors, damage in transit), write to us with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you.

Services
